About 'Walk & Talk'

In 2019 I attended a 4-day residential course on taking therapy into nature. I often  incorporate nature imagery into my hypnotherapy sessions, but going outside to experience the real thing can be very beneficial. This is more than just walking through a green space - we treat what we see as a metaphor and starting point for talking about what is happening in your life.

If you would like to walk and talk rather than meeting in an office or online, we can meet in a local park for our session. Having nature as a backdrop works especially well for dealing with strong feelings like anger or anxiety, and we will use elements of the outdoor space as metaphors for what is going on in your life.
